  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for certain locations)
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries (see international shipping section below)

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is on backorder or out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address, size, and weight of your order. For domestic orders, standard shipping is free for orders over $50. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • Domestic Shipments: Generally take 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen.
  • International Shipments: Can take anywhere from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. You can track your package on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If you live outside of our shipping zones, please contact our customer service team to inquire about shipping options.

7. International Shipping

GlowSuri ships to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and local customs regulations.

Customs Fees and Duties: International orders may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by the customs office in the destination country and are not included in the total cost of your order.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is important that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. GlowSuri is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If there is an issue with your address, please contact us immediately.

9. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If an item is damaged upon delivery, we may request that you provide photos of the damage to assist in processing a claim.
